Sichuan Liyuan Bo Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chengdu Greenpure, is located in Yanting, Mianyang, Sichuan Province, covering an area of 56 mu and with a building area of 20,000 square meters. It was established in compliance with FDA, EU GMP and Chinese GMP requirements, with a total investment of over RMB 100 million. It includes three centers: the R&D center, the QC center and the efficacy evaluation center. Three platforms have been established: the synthetic biology platform, the micromolecule synthesis and macromolecule modification platform, and the plant extraction platform.
 

As the wholly-owned technology enterprise of Greenpure, Liyuan Bo plays a key role in the entire industrial ecosystem. The three platforms are equipped with a large-scale fully automatic fermentation system, dozens of tons of synthesis reaction tanks, plant extraction tanks, as well as dozens of sets of membrane separation, preparative liquid chromatographs, freeze dryers, spray dryers and other post-treatment system equipment. From raw material acquisition to the product formation, a complete and advanced production chain has been formed. The entire process is in compliance with EU GMP and Chinese GMP requirements. At the same time, multiple sets of advanced QC instruments including LC-MS, LC-ELSD, atomic absorption spectrometer, GC, etc. have been introduced, to promise the capacity of the full tests for indicators such as purity, content, heavy metals, microorganisms, and endotoxins, etc. This ensure that every product meets international high standards and provides a strong guarantee for the natural and green attributes of cosmetics.
